Localization Makes It Easier for Users Around the World to Access and Share Content In addition to English, users can now interact with ArcGIS Online in Arabic, Chinese (Simplified), French, German, Italian, Japanese, Portuguese (Brazil), Russian, and Spanish. Based on the browser/machine language setting, these languages will automatically be presented when users visit or sign in to ArcGIS Online through the web-based interface at arcgis.com. Registered users of ArcGIS Online can also access featured maps and apps for dozens of countries and regions around the world. Esri's international distributors have identified and featured numerous maps and apps for their region. The regional content is visible after users sign in to ArcGIS Online and update their personal account profile with their region preference. Once users have updated their profiles, the ArcGIS Online home page and gallery will be updated with content for their preferred region and will also be available whenever they sign in again. The ArcGIS Online help system will soon also be available in 10 languages (including the default English). To experience ArcGIS Online in the language of your choice, visit arcgis.com.
